Idyllically located in Schnaittenbach, this bright and comfortable home-away-from-home overlooks fields and meadows as well as a creek that runs through the neighboring forest. The top floor apartment is just a hop and a skip away from the Czech border.
A large variety of activities are available in the area, including hiking and bike tours. The natural swimming pool and man-made mountain Monte Kaolino are great for days spent out in the sun. In winter, you’ll be able to enjoy the frosty, clear air by packing up your skies and going cross-country or alpine skiing. Schnaittenbach and the Oberpfalz have a lot more to offer than it initially appears!
The area’s hospitality is just one of the reasons why I feel so connected to it. Not to dismiss Bavarian food, which is particularly outstanding in this neck of the woods.
The apartment is located in a child friendly, two-family house and designed to make me feel homely when I come to visit. Friends and family members come to stay with me regularly when I am there, which is extremely important to me.
In the apartment you’ll find a living room (with a sofa bed that sleeps two), a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Wifi is also available to guests.
